Day 7

Holy Shit!!!! Worst night of sleep, by far. I barely slept at all. I felt intense pain in my throat and ear drums. The pain eased up after some time of being out of bed. I decided to go out with my friend Amy to enjoy my day. We went to a cafe, where I had a chai latte and pumpkin creme brulee. I felt fine, but I knew I was talking too much. My throat was in pain all day. After the cafe, we decided to go to Target. I was feeling fine up until we walked in the store. I was fighting it, but while it the dressing room, I almost fainted. I was having hot flashes mixed with a serious stomach ache. I immediately ran to the bathroom. It seems like my new diet has fucked up my stomach. This really needs to end soon.....
